How to Return Return Hubs
14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU Consumer Protection (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days to request a return. Unless the Merchant’s policy says otherwise, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods — see the binding Return & Refund Terms.

Direct Refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, Shoppi Pay, PayPal) after the Merchant has inspected the item, according to the Merchant’s policy.

Global Shipping Hubs

Where the Merchant uses our logistics network, returns are received at one of our hubs. The correct destination is always the one printed on your RMA.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

1. Access Account

Go to Your Account > Orders and locate the item you wish to return.

2. Request RMA

Select your return reason to generate a return authorization code (RMA).

3. Pack Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

4. Ship & Refund

Ship the item back to the Merchant using the address on your RMA authorisation. Refund timing follows the Merchant’s policy as set out in the Return & Refund Terms.

Where to send your return

For your security we do not publish return addresses. Open a return request by writing to support@shoppi.app with your order number, the item and the reason. After we review it, we send you the return authorisation (RMA) with the correct address, which may be the merchant’s own address. Do not ship anything without an RMA. The binding terms are the Return & Refund Terms.

Eligible Items

Unused clothing, electronics, accessories, and physical goods in pristine condition with original tags and unbroken seals.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom made-to-order items, unsealed personal care items (cosmetics, underwear), and downloaded digital media.
